Catherine is a local Mackay nurse with almost 20 years’ experience. Through extensive research, she has educated herself on how the western diet can negatively impact our bodies. The health issues that can arise due to the way we eat have led to a passion for educating others. Catherine aims to inspire you to change your eating habits and live your best life.
An expert on all things surrounding nutrition and living a nutrient-dense lifestyle to optimise your health. Kylie is a certified Health Coach who has implemented this lifestyle to restore her own health, maintain weight, improve mental health and feel human again.
Madaleen lives on the Sunshine Coast and is a wife and mum of four kids. She has always been interested in integrative wellness and, as an Occupational Therapist, furthered her education to the field of Lifestyle Medicine and Neuro-coaching to help people reach their full potential.
